Referral Program

Every time a satisfied homebuyer tells a friend or family member about how much they enjoy their Benter Home, it not only makes us feel good, it’s good for our business. That’s why we instituted our Referral Program – it’s our way of saying “Thank you” for sending other homebuyers our way.

Here is how our referral program works:

Tell someone you know about any of our homes. When their home successfully closes you receive $500. Each time you refer another homebuyer and their home closes, you get an additional $500. It’s that simple.

To receive your referral incentive, each person you refer needs to register your name, address and telephone number with the sales agent at the time of contract. Regardless of which of our homes they choose, your referral will still be credited.
